Postage & Handling
**Please note that the shipping will be changing as of the 1/1/2020. This is due to missing parcels, delays & having to be covered for any that do go missing.**
We ship through Courier Post & package all of our pieces to minimise any damages. We offer a standard flat rate of $6.00 New Zealand wide, this includes the packing & delivery fees. (please note that this does not mean your order will get made any quicker). If you are wanting an urgent order please get in contact with me first before placing the order. International postage to Australia has a flat fee of $11.00. We also offer pickup or drop off for the Hokitika area, if you are from there please use the code DROPOFF at checkout. Please contact me if you are wanting an item posted anywhere else. We also offer free shipping NZ wide on a minimum order spend of $40 and over.
All tracking information will be sent once items have been posted. Please allow a couple of hours before checking.
All of our items are handmade to order & we aim to ship within 2-4 business days. During busy periods like Mother's Day, Father's Day or Christmas please allow 3-5 business days. We post through Courier Post which has a delivery target of next business day, depending on where you are living. Rural deliveries will take longer. Delivery to Australia has a target of 3-10 business days. Please ensure that all details are correct at the time of order as we will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
If there are any delays you will be advised ASAP & we will keep you informed of the progress. I run this as a small business from home around my family & hope you can understand I will do my best to get the pieces out to you ASAP.
