Postage & Handling
We ship through NZPost using ParcelPost tracked service & package all of our pieces to minimise any damages. We offer a standard flat rate of $5.50 New Zealand wide, this includes the packing & delivery fees. We also have a courier option for $8.50 NZ wide. (please note that this does not mean your order will get made any quicker). If you are wanting an urgent order please get in contact with me first before placing the order. International postage to Australia has a flat fee of $11.00. We also offer drop off for the Hokitika area, if you are from there please use the code HOKIPICKUP. (please note that I live rurally and only travel there on a Wednesday and Thursday). Please contact me if you are wanting an item posted anywhere else. We also offer free standard NZ wide shipping on a minimum order spend of $40 and over.
All tracking information will be sent once items have been posted. Please allow a couple of hours before checking.
All of our items are handmade to order & we aim to ship within 1-3 business days. During busy periods like Mother's Day, Father's Day or Christmas please allow 2-4 business days. We post through NZPost which has a delivery target of up to 3 working days, depending on where you are living. Delivery to Australia has a target of 3-10 business days. If you are wanting your items ASAP then please add the courier option to your cart. Please ensure that all details are correct at the time of order as we will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
If there are any delays you will be advised ASAP & keep you informed of the progress. I run this as a small business from home around my new family & hope you can understand I will do my best to get the pieces out to you ASAP.
