How long does production take?
Our current turnaround time is 3-5 days. Items may take a little longer during busy periods like Mother's Day or Christmas.
Can I request an urgent order?
If you are after an urgent order please get in contact with me asap via email or messenger & we can discuss how we can make this happen.
How long will delivery take?
Shipping within New Zealand is usually 1-2 days depending where you are living.
(please expect some delays with certain locations during the current COVID-19 situation)
Will I get notified when my items are on their way?
Yes, an email will be sent out with tracking information once our courier has collected your item.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, as long as you get in contact within the first 24hrs via email at email@example.com
If after that 24hr period you have not been in contact, we will make what was on the original order.
ABOUT THE JEWELLERY
How is your jewellery made?
Each piece is hand stamped with a hammer & individual letter/design stamps. Every item will not be identical to each other, including the spacing & depth. This is what makes your piece unique.
Can you stamp on both sides of the metal?
Yes on certain ones like our Aluminium Bangles & most of the Stainless Steel. The Sterling Silver & Gold can't be stamped on both sides as the metal is thinner.
How do I look after my items?
The Aluminium & Stainless Steel do not require much as they don't tarnish. They should only need a polish up every now & then. For the Sterling Silver & Gold they are best stored in a dark airtight bag or box. The more you can keep your pieces out of water, especially salt water & away from perfumes or moisturisers the better they will appear.
Will the black on my pieces go away?
Eventually the black will wear away, the Aluminium & Stainless have an enamel paint put on them. The Sterling Silver & Gold use a chemical which will after quite some time wear out.
Can I get my pieces re-blackened?

You will just need to pay the cost of shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Providing you get in contact within 24hrs of placing your order. After that the order will have already been started.
What is the returns policy?
We are unable to accept returns or do refunds if you have made a mistake on the order or if you change your mind. If the mistake is ours then we will rectify the situation asap. If there is a fault with the item please get in contact via email at email@example.com with a description & picture if possible.
Is there a warranty on items?
Yes, we have a 30 day warranty for clasp & chain defects. Please email at firstname.lastname@example.org asap if you are having issues & we can resolve the issue.

What payment options do you have?
There is Debit/Credit Card, PayPal & Afterpay. All of these are available at checkout.
